About Marina
Marina has extensive experience in real estate and law, with a strong command of the local market, having spent her entire life in the 128/93 area north of Boston.
Practicing since 1992, Marina has represented a diverse array of clients, including individuals and businesses big and small in real estate matters. Her specialization ranges from purchases and sales, closings, rentals, and litigation, while representing both buyers and sellers, as well as lenders, tenants, owners, developers, and property managers.
Marina's vast legal experience brings a unique perspective to her clients when buying or selling a home. She is able to bring her experiences throughout the entire process from the offer to purchase all the way through to the closing table for each client.
Marina is a graduate of Medford HS '84, Tufts University '88, and New England School of Law '92. She currently lives in North Reading, with her husband and four children. When not engaged with her clients, she can most likely be found either on the soccer fields or actively volunteering for community, school organizations and Tufts University Alumni Board.
She prides herself on being detail oriented, responsive, and a team leader.
"My clients continue to comment on the well rounded expertise that I provide, resulting in the invaluable benefits that they receive from my work."
About Kristine
Kristine is proud to say that she is a third-generation resident of North Reading. She has an extensive knowledge of the real estate market in town and in the surrounding areas. It is through her family construction and real estate development businesses that Kristine has acquired a deep and personal understanding of the home building and home improvement process.
That personal understanding, coupled with her patience, excellent communication skills, and desire to achieve makes for a sales agent ready and able to support her clients. For example, Kristine is a Certified Military Home Specialist trained in understanding the complexities of housing needs for veterans and active service members. Knowing the specific needs of her clients helps her to guide them successfully on the road of buying and selling real estate.
Kristine is a graduate of North Reading High School and the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She also received her Master’s degree from Wheelock College. When she is not spending time with her husband and two children, Kristine runs a local charitable organization, The Bright Side, which works with families and individuals in need of assistance. And, as a member of the North Reading Council on Aging, Kristine continues to show that giving back to North Reading is a priority for this hometown girl.
